Four members of the Pops Orchestra perform at Atlantic Cape Community College’s Restaurant Gala, one of the region’s premier black-tie fundraising events. Celebrating its 27th anniversary, the Restaurant Gala features hors d’oeuvres prepared by students in the College’s Academy of Culinary Arts and specialties from forty of the area’s best restaurants.
